OUR
Programs
Over the years the Terra Linda Homeowners’ Association (TLHOA) has worked to improve the quality of life in our area. This work has been done by volunteers working to address neighbor issues in a TLHOA committee reaching achievable goals. These programs have made a difference in our community and to those who have and now to serve we say
“Thank you.”

Speeding & Traffic
Our number one problem is Speeding and Traffic. We as an Association have embarked on the challenge to educate our community. We have begun a grass roots effort to reduce neighborhood speeding. The goal of our grass roots campaign is to get neighbors to respect one another and drive the speed limit.
Maria B. Freitas Park Improvements
The Terra Linda Homeowners' Association is pleased to partner with the City of San Rafael to make significant improvements to the North portion of Freitas Park located on Monticello Avenue. The vision is to build an adult park that is tranquil, soothing, and refreshing.

Neighborhood Watch
Stop crime in your area by creating or joining a neighborhood watch on your block. All it takes is a block Captain to organize a watch system. Organizing a neighborhood watch helps neighbors get to know each other and work together in a program of mutual assistance.
Clean Air
Wood burning is bad news and is not allowed on Spare the Air Days. Please consider the health effects to others and stop burning wood in fireplaces. Gas & electric fireplace inserts are available with rebate incentives.

Fire Prevention
Fire in Marin has provided information, checklist, & plans to help homeowners and residents plan for wildfires.

Graffiti Removal Information
Graffiti abatement is a partnership between the city and the community and needs volunteers to help neighbors with clean up.
