Terra Linda is a neighborhood area in the City of San Rafael, California.  The Terra Linda Homeowners' Association is an active non-profit corporation (#C0652157) connected to and in touch with city government, businesses and schools to maintain a high quality of life in the Terra Linda area.  The association boundary covers a large portion of Terra Linda and is supported by adjacent Neighborhood and Homeowner Associations.  The Terra Linda Homeowners' Association does not endorse candidates, ballot measures or political issues, but does partner with government agencies, businesses, schools and other associations.

The value of the Terra Linda Homeowners' Association is in its ability to communicate clearly and effectively to the many stakeholders in the Terra Linda area to promote health, beauty, pride, and safety.  The association also provides a structure where homeowners can network for success.

 

In addition, should disaster impact our area the corporation structure of our Association will allow emergency funding and donations to flow through our organization for member support.
